Dispatcher - Memphis

Eagle Systems, Inc. is currently hiring for a full-time Dispatcher in the Memphis, TN market. Qualifications: Knowledge of Ports and Depots Knowledge of FMCSA Regulations and safety rules Experience working with owner operator drivers Excellent written and verbal communication skills Capable of working independently as well as in a team environment Ability to work flexible hours to include after hours and/or on-call for weekends AP/AR Experience Knowledge of logs related to commercial/intermodal carriers Computer skills Two years (plus) experience working with import/export and load planning Responsibilities: Daily load planning and dispatching of Independent Contractors Order entry and setting delivery appointments, when needed Daily contact with customers and Independent Contractors Safety-logs, tracking and obtaining daily/monthly required documents Equipment tracking in rail systems Customer billing Accuracy with Driver Pay Assist with customer service requests Assist with driver needs Assist with other office duties as needed Compensation: Employer paid medical/dental/vision Paid vacation, sick and holiday 401k with company match Employee Stock Ownership Program (ESOP) This position is a salaried-exempt position.
