Technology Program Manager
Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Technology Program Manager to serve as the central coordination point for technology programs within the Intelligence Platform domain. The ideal candidate will manage a portfolio of complex engineering and technology initiatives, coordinate execution across multiple technical and business teams, and ensure alignment with product priorities, business strategy, and enterprise technology roadmaps.This role operates within the Office of the CTO’s Program Management Office (PMO) and requires strong experience coordinating complex initiatives across Engineering, Product, Architecture, Data, AI, Cloud/Infrastructure, and Business teams.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the planning, execution, and coordination of complex technology and engineering initiatives supporting the Intelligence Platform.Partner with engineering, product, architecture, and business leaders to translate strategic priorities into actionable technology programs.Develop and maintain program plans, roadmaps, milestones, deliverables, and execution schedules.Coordinate cross-functional technical workstreams across:EngineeringInfrastructure & Cloud OperationsArchitectureData & Data ArchitectureAI/MLPlatform EngineeringProduct DevelopmentR&DIdentify, track, and proactively manage cross-team dependencies, risks, issues, and blockers.Establish and maintain program governance processes, including status reporting, roadmap alignment, risk management, issue escalation, and decision tracking.Coordinate technology initiatives involving data platforms, analytics solutions, AI/ML capabilities, and emerging technologies.Support responsible AI governance and ensure appropriate alignment when AI or generative AI capabilities are incorporated into technology initiatives.Provide clear and accurate visibility into program progress through executive-ready status reports, dashboards, presentations, and communications.Facilitate regular program meetings, working sessions, leadership reviews, and cross-functional coordination forums.Work closely with technical and business stakeholders to resolve issues, remove blockers, and maintain delivery momentum.Ensure technology programs remain aligned with business objectives, product priorities, architecture standards, and enterprise technology strategy.Manage multiple complex technology programs simultaneously while balancing competing priorities and changing requirements.Contribute to the development, standardization, and scaling of the Office of the CTO’s Technology Program Management practice.Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred.7+ years of relevant professional experience in technology program management, technical project management, or a related discipline.Proven experience leading complex technology programs involving multiple engineering, data, AI, platform, product, or architecture teams.Strong experience with:Technology program managementProgram planning and roadmapsMilestone and deliverable trackingDependency managementRisk and issue managementProgram governanceExecutive reportingCross-functional coordinationDemonstrated ability to manage multiple complex technical programs or engineering initiatives simultaneously.Strong ability to influence and align technical and business stakeholders within a matrixed organization.Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience preparing executive-level presentations and status updates.Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-paced, and constantly changing environments.Preferred QualificationsExperience working with Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Generative AI, or Responsible AI initiatives.Familiarity with modern data platforms, analytics technologies, cloud infrastructure, and AI-enabled solutions.Knowledge of emerging technology trends and their application within enterprise environments.Experience supporting AI governance, responsible AI practices, or AI risk management.Healthcare industry experience preferred.Experience with healthcare supply chain, procurement, spend management, or healthcare intelligence platforms is a plus.Experience working within an Office of the CTO, Enterprise PMO, Technology Strategy, or similar organization is highly desirable.Experience coordinating programs involving cloud, data platforms, analytics, AI/ML, and enterprise applications.
