Remote L3 Technical Support Engineer (Night Shift)

Contabo is seeking a full-time Technical Support Specialist (L3) to join our Operations team. You will handle 3rd level support, monitor and troubleshoot client IT infrastructure, and provide technical solutions for issues such as server migrations and outages.You will work across English and German with customers via our ticket system, and you'll handle night shifts to support colleagues across time zones. Remote or hybrid work options keep you flexible.
