This position will collaborate across a wide array of Sobi stakeholders, including Marketing, Medical, Market Access, Global Marketing and Medical, Finance, Legal, and Compliance to ensure the creation and utilization of robust health economics and outcomes research. The role also involves working internally, as well as with third-party vendors to ensure compliance and the effective administration of related activities.Key Responsibilities:Stakeholder EngagementEngage with payers, health technology assessment (HTA) bodies, and other external stakeholders to communicate the value of Sobi's products.Cultivate and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and external HOVA experts, including prioritized payer accounts.Serve as an outcomes expert at key medical and scientific conferences, advisory boards, and internal meetings. Support field-based cross-functional teams to provide medical outcomes expertise in access engagements. Lead strategic medical and HEOR engagements with internal stakeholders including account executives and partnership leadsAssess clinical and economic data gaps at key accounts and collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide insight into HOVA needsFoster collaborative, results-driven partnerships across internal teams to ensure a unified approach to payer messagingEvidence GenerationSupport the design, operations, and oversight of health economics and outcomes research studies, including cost-effectiveness analyses, budget impact models, and real-world evidence studiesSupport evidence generation planning including collaboration to with internal stakeholders to identify data gaps and meaningful research questionsCollaborate with clinical and medical teams to identify data needs and ensure the generation of robust, relevant evidence.Lead the development of HOVA publications, presentations, and other scientific communications.Develop tools to communicate value of Sobi products to key stakeholdersCompliance & QualityOperating at the highest level of Sobi compliance and professional standards. Adherence to compliant behavior is an expectation at Sobi and demonstrated by embracing ethical decision-making practices and guidelines in all aspects of our organizationSolid working knowledge of regulatory and compliance standards relevant to pharmaceutical and biotechnology industriesQualificationsQualificationsEducation:Advanced degree in life sciences (MD, DO, PharmD), Ph.D. in Health Economics, Epidemiology, Public Health, or a related fieldMaster's degree with extensive experience may be consideredExperience:Minimum of 5 years of experience in health economics, outcomes research, or a related field within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry. Each individual offer will be determined based on several factors, including your experience, qualifications, and location.
