Litigation Paralegal (5+ yrs litigation exp)

Job Description Schouest, Bamdas, Soshea & BenMaier is seeking a professional, organized, reliable paralegal to support our litigation team. The ideal candidate must have excellent research and writing skills, as well as the ability to exercise sound judgment, think creatively and work independently.Responsibilities include-but are not limited to:Obtain, review and analyze documents or any other relevant informationReview and summarize medical recordsPrepare for trial by preparing trial notebooks, exhibits and witness filesCompile evidence and supporting information by searching records, discovery documents, transcripts, libraries and databasesGenerate status reports, logs and indexesMaintain acceptable minimum monthly billable hoursQualifications:5+ years experience in litigationDegree from an accredited university and/or Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-approved programAbove average proficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteStrong analytical skillsTime management skills, ability to multi-task and the ability to work with all levels of employees.SBSB Law offers competitive wages, excellent benefits including, medical, dental, vision, LTD, STD, AD&D/Life, 401(k) savings plan, generous paid time off as well as paid parking.
