Temporary Studio Billing Coordinator

Position: Temporary Studio Billing CoordinatorStudio/Department: Studio CRockwell Group, an award-winning architecture and multi-disciplinary design firm, seeks a Temporary Studio Billing Coordinator experience for a fast-paced environment. Superb Communication and organizational skills required.Role:Candidate would work closely with Studio Leaders and Rockwell Group Partner and as a liaison between clients, company staff, Legal, Business Development and Accounting Departments.Main responsibilities include:Tracking and maintaining up to date knowledge of over 100 projects, having quick access to all information regarding current project phases, ongoing proposals, and agreements & urgent open itemsMaintaining tracking sheets & files for proposals/contracts. Work with Legal and Business Development Departments to help facilitate their executionsWorking closely with Accounting team to ensure we are billing clients accurately and that all projects are paid up to date. Maintaining tracking for project billing and payments, following up with clientsAssist with monthly billing meetingsField client phone callsWorking as a team with other admins and assisting with other tasks as needed such as:Employee travel & schedulesEvent planningTimesheets/absence requestsTasks for RG Partner/Studio LeaderSupplies orderingWorking with Facilities/Office ManagersGreeting clients and setting up for meetingsAssist with new hiresQualifications:Bachelor's degreeTwo + years relevant work experienceKnowledge of accounting/bookkeepingInterest in architecture and design a plusPlease include resume, cover letter, and salary expectationsProficiency in Deltek Vision, Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Teams is preferredGeneral Information:This is a Full Time - In Studio position.
