Our mission is simple: help people get to the right doctor the first time.The RoleWe’re looking for a bilingual (Spanish/English) Concierge Specialist to join our growing Atlanta team. This is a front-line, high-impact role where you’ll help real people make important healthcare decisions with confidence.Beyond supporting callers, you’ll also play a key role behind the scenes. This includes contributing to key initiatives led by our technology team and supporting leadership through custom research requests, offering exposure across the business and impact beyond the phones.If you enjoy helping people and meaningful work, this role brings both together.What You’ll DoBe the voice of SelectDr by guiding callers through their search for the right doctorDeliver a high quality, personalized experience on every call Use our platform to match individuals with doctors that fit their specific needs Stay aligned with our script and standards while keeping interactions natural and humanContribute to key initiatives led by our technology team and support leadership with special projects and custom search requestsShare ideas and feedback to help improve the product and overall experienceJump in and support the team as we continue to grow What You BringFluency in Spanish and English (spoken and written) Experience in a call center or customer-facing role Strong communication skills—you’re clear, confident, and empathetic A team-first mindset with a strong sense of ownership Ability to work on-site in Atlanta for a 9-hour shift (including a 1-hour break) within our hours (M–F, 8am–8pm ET)
