Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Design Associate based in Brentwood, TN. This role is hourly + commission compensarion. The Design Associate will collaborate with clients to create functional and stylish interior spaces, assist with furniture and décor selection, and provide tailored design recommendations. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading client consultations, managing design projects, using on-site tools to create visual concepts, and ensuring customer satisfaction through exceptional service and communication. Qualifications Strong skills in sales and design, with an ability to conceptualize and execute creative layoutsProficiency in Project Management and the ability to prioritize and oversee multiple design projects simultaneouslyExcellent Communication skills, including the ability to effectively connect with clients, present ideas, continual follow and provide tailored design solutionsExperience with clienteling, follow-up, needs assessments ans building a sale. A passion for home furnishings, décor, and luxury design with a client-oriented mindsetRetail experience or familiarity with design-based sales and POS systemsAbility to work on-site in Brentwood, TN, with a professional and team-focused attitude
