Job Description: As a Trainee - Wireless Rep, you will undergo comprehensive training and mentorship to develop the skills and knowledge needed to excel in the wireless industry. Your main responsibilities during the training period will include: Shadowing experienced team members and learning from their customer interactions. Assisting customers with basic inquiries and service needs under the guidance of senior team members. Gaining in-depth knowledge of our wireless products and services. Participating in training sessions to enhance your product knowledge and sales techniques. Providing exceptional customer service and building rapport with customers. Qualifications: To succeed in this trainee role, you should possess the following qualifications: Strong desire to learn and grow in the wireless industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Enthusiastic and eager to work in a fast-paced retail environment. Ability to learn and memorize product and service information. Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus. Work Schedule: This is a full-time position with 8-hour shifts. The schedule may include weekends and evenings to accommodate our customers' needs. Compensation: Hourly wage paid weekly. Commission opportunities based on upgrades and sales made with customers.
