About the Opportunity:The Business Analytics Manager is a key role within the Insights Center of Excellence, focusing on business intelligence, reporting, training, and adoption. This position supports decision-making by developing and maintaining reporting tools, ensuring data accuracy and governance, and collaborating across teams to meet business needs. The role contributes to strategic planning and drives data-informed insights that impact sales and marketing efforts.3. Responsibilities:• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports for diverse stakeholders.• Collaborate with business teams to translate needs into actionable reporting.• Utilize advanced Excel and PowerBI skills, including DAX, SQL, and PowerQuery.• Lead training sessions to promote report adoption and understanding.• Manage data governance and ensure accuracy and trust in reports.• Monitor and resolve data issues, communicating updates to users.• Work with IT to develop and enforce data governance policies.• Communicate technical requirements and collaborate with third-party data vendors.• Prepare and present sales-ready data aligned with business objectives.• Assist in the development of the company’s Annual Operating Plan.4. Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a quantitative or technical field.• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in data reporting.• Expert proficiency with Microsoft Office and PowerBI.• Knowledge of consumer-packaged goods data sources such as Circana, Nielsen, and VIP preferred.• Strong organizational, critical thinking, and customer service skills.• Attention to detail and professional integrity.• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.• Effective written and verbal communication skills.5.
