Metal does not cut itself, and the difference between scrap and a perfect part often comes down to the person running the machine. As a Flat Laser Operator, you set up, run, and maintain laser cutting equipment that shapes raw steel and aluminum into precise components. You read blueprints, dial in machine settings, monitor each run, and step in fast when something drifts out of spec. The work demands focus and mechanical sense. You are on your feet, watching the cut, listening to the machine, and keeping production on track.
