Assistant Studio Manager

Assist with all studio operations including but not limited to inventory, maintenance, sales processes, technology, workout experience, personnel, customer service, and payroll Perform ongoing training and development of Sales Associates Manage staff schedule and shift-coverage when employees call out sick or have scheduling conflicts Assist in leading monthly all staff and front desk meetings Attend Monthly Webinars and the rollout and execution of all corporate sales promotions and fitness events Lead and coach the sales team in new joins and heart rate monitor sales Assist in the social media initiatives of the studio Properly process administrative tasks: refunds, upgrades/downgrades, freezes, cancellations Conduct daily MBO audits all classes reconciled, contact logs/tasks completed, reports pulled Reconcile declined memberships weekly Implement studio-specific marketing ideas and strategies Establish corporate partnerships within the community Troubleshoot studio equipment such...Studio Manager, Studio, Manager, Assistant, Sales Associate, Instructor, Business Services
