Summer 2026 Stadium Operations Internship

The O'Fallon Hoots are playing their sixth season in O'Fallon, Mo. at CarShield Field in 2026. CarShield Field has served as the host site for our Prospect League O'Fallon Hoots team, our very own 6-team In-house league, and special events like the annual First Responders Softball Showdown game and Hootenanny Ball. We are looking for the next superstars in stadium operations for our Summer 2026 internship.Here's what you can expect to get from us:High quality training and supervision from an energized and experienced full-time staffCareer guidance and coaching from upper managementFreedom to be creative and develop as a professional in the sports industryExperience in running a stadiumHere's what we expect from you:Desire to learn and growWillingness to be challenged and step outside of your comfort zoneEnergetic and excited about bringing the best show to O'FallonHere's what you'll be doing / learning:Working special events, In-House League Collegiate games, & Hoots gamesAssisting Director of Stadium Operations in keeping the ballpark in top shapeCreating and maintaining a clean, safe and fun ballpark for all fansAssisting in inventory controls and purchasing supplies for stadiumPursuing and coordinating all aspects of ballpark rentals including, but not limited to college baseball games, high school baseball games, soccer practicesAssisting Director of Stadium Operations in preventative maintenanceProvide customer service that is "For the Fan" at all timesOur Summer internship begins May 2026.This is an unpaid position.
