Program Analyst (RR1065)
HART Technologies, Inc. is looking for an Program Analyst - Administrative Support to work as a member of our engineering services support team in Dahlgren, VA. Candidates who are highly motivated, process-oriented, and are ready to learn and grow are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities:
Work closely with Program Manager to develop reports and briefings.
Schedule, Organize, prepare literature, attend meetings, and take minutes for distribution.
Collaborate with finance and management support teams to meet project and customer deadlines.
Provide direct support to customers, employees, and management teams.
Communicate clearly and concisely with stakeholders and team members to ensure cohesive efforts across a broad portfolio of tasking.
Take ownership of routine contract administrative tasks, operating with minimal oversight.
Track budgets, estimates, and procurements.
Compile and maintain POC listings for multiple projects.
Required:
Bachelor's degree OR equivalent experience.
3-6 years of professional experience.
Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
US Citizenship and the ability to obtain a DoD Security Clearance.
Preferred:
Current active DoD Security Clearance.
MS Project Experience.
Compensation Range
- Salary - $50k-$70k
