We are proud & honored to provide these services.Overview Of PositionWe are looking for a Platform Engineer/Architect, Journeyman work in Indianapolis, INAn active Secret Security clearance and United States Citizenship are required to be considered for this position.ResponsibilitiesProvide platform engineering support for DFAS CCE JWICS classified enclaveProcess and resolve Tier 3 DFASNow support ticketsUpdate DFASNow with essential and material informationSupport implementation and testing of new technologiesAssist with engineering network configuration documentationSupport CCE infrastructure monitoring activitiesParticipate in change control processesDocument solutions and effort expended in ticketing systemCoordinate with senior engineers on complex issuesSupport COOP exercises and disaster recovery testingQualificationsExperience/Skills:5+ years systems engineering experienceWindows Server administration (AZ801-802 certification)Security+ certificationExperience with JWICS or classified network environmentsProficiency in Windows Server and Linux administrationExperience with virtualization platforms (VMware, Nutanix)Knowledge of MECM, SCOM, and Microsoft management toolsExperience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, DFASNow)Understanding of DoD security requirements"Preferred QualificationsCISSP certification (upgrade path)Prior JWICS administration experienceAzure administrator certificationExperience with DFAS systemsKnowledge of DISA STIGs and hardeningScripting experience (PowerShell, Bash)EducationBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field CertificationsMicrosoft Azure AZ-801 & AZ-802CompTIA Security+ or equivalent DoD-approved IAT Level II certificationClearanceActive Secret Security clearance is required.Must be a United States Citizen and pass a background check.Maintain applicable security clearance(s) at the level required by the client and/or applicable certification(s) as requested by FEDITC and/or required by FEDITC’S Client(s)/Customer(s)/Prime contractor(s).FEDITC, LLC. is committed to fostering an inclusive workplace and provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment.
