Join SpiTrex CTE.1st Shift: Monday to Thursday, 6AM - 3PM; Friday, 6AM - 10AMEssential Functions:Verify fixturing and program are availableLoad correct programAccurately place part in fixture, ensuring orientationTake initial probe hits on part as neededUse calibration sphere as neededGenerate CMM reportsAssess potential non-conforming results to root causeReplace broken probe tips as neededProvide technical support for operators using CMM and Vision SystemPerform CMM and Vision System PM logsProgram Vision System as neededPerform inspection and visual checks as neededConform to ISO13485, 21 CFR Part 820, and medical device industry requirements.Other work-related tasks as assignedCompetency:Understanding of different methods for measurementAbility to multitaskAbility to use micrometers, calipers, and optical comparatorFoundational knowledge of PC-DMIS Level 1Have base knowledge of MeasurLinkAbility to read blueprintsKnowledge of GD&TEducational Requirements:High School Diploma or GED preferredExperience:Medical Device manufacturing preferredBenefits Include:Medical, Vision and Dental InsuranceShort-Term DisabilityLife Insurance401(k) - 50% company match (up to 10% contribution)Paid vacation daysPaid holidays
