Client Advocate

Our client is looking for a Client Advocate to join their growing team! The Client Advocate is responsible for providing prompt, efficient, high-quality service to our broker partners, clients, and carrier resources.Fully Remote but must be located in the Atlanta areaDirect HirePay: $65k - $80kDuties/Responsibilities:Gain knowledge of insurance products including but not limited to dental, life, disability, vision, accident, critical illness and medicalAchieve expert understanding and maintenance in all Benefit Administration systemsAssist the GIS Account Managers with various tasks related to enrollment and onboarding a new clientAssist in managing the Client Advocate email and phone lines for incoming service requestsTimely submission, follow up and escalation of any service tickets that exceed standard turnaround timesAttend Broker/Customer training calls with the GIS Account Manager for introductions and clean hand off to the Client Advocate TeamConduct portal refresher training as needed 120 days post effective date. Escalate all issues or misunderstandings to the Account Manager or Director to address with appropriate sales parties.Required Skills/Abilities:Must be able to work in a fast-paced environmentThe ideal candidate will be proficient with all methods of communication: in person, phone, and emailMust have the ability to learn quicklyExperience with Employee Navigator or EASEMust have proficiency basics with Excel and the Microsoft Office SuiteThe candidate has a sense of urgency and takes pride in their workMust be comfortable in a team environmentMust have the ability to articulate solutions to service issuesThe qualified candidate should have self-motivation, strong organizational, time management and follow-through skills, excellent communication skills both written and verbal, and the desire and ability to continually learn new products and servicesBS degree is preferred but not required
