This position will oversee a team of acquisition professionals supporting cradle-to-grave federal procurement activities that enable critical CDC mission initiatives.The Program Manager will serve as the primary interface with Government leadership, ensure contract performance, manage staffing and workload distribution, oversee quality control, and support the successful execution of procurement actions throughout the acquisition lifecycle.ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary point of contact for the Government and provide overall contract managementLead and supervise acquisition professionals supporting CDC procurement operationsMonitor contract performance, staffing levels, workload distribution, and service qualityProvide oversight of pre-award, solicitation, evaluation, award, and post-award acquisition activitiesManage contract deliverables, including monthly progress reports, status reports, and performance metricsCoordinate corrective actions, risk mitigation activities, and customer satisfaction initiativesEnsure compliance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), HHS Acquisition Regulation (HHSAR), CDC policies, and agency proceduresSupport procurement planning and acquisition strategy developmentTrack procurement request workloads, procurement administrative lead times (PALT), and performance objectivesParticipate in customer meetings and executive-level discussions regarding acquisition requirementsRequired QualificationsBachelor's degreeMinimum seven (7) years of experience in program management, contracting, acquisition planning, or a combination of these disciplinesCurrent or previous FAC-C certification held for a minimum of five (5) years, or civilian equivalent certificationDemonstrated experience managing acquisition support programs or acquisition teamsKnowledge of FAR, HHSAR, and federal procurement processesStrong written and verbal communication skillsPreferred QualificationsPrevious experience supporting CDC, HHS, or other federal civilian agenciesExperience with Integrated Contracts Expert (ICE)Experience managing cradle-to-grave acquisition operationsExperience supporting multiple contract types and complex acquisition requirementsAdditional informationPosition is contingent upon contract award.BryceTech offers a full range of benefits, including competitive salary, a comprehensive health plan including dental and vision coverage, company-paid life & disability insurance policies, 401(k) plan with company match, and an educational reimbursement program.All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
