The Human Resources Manager will play a critical role in shaping the employee experience, ensuring compliance, and driving talent initiatives across the organization. This role works closely with a Professional Employer Organization (PEO), serving as a key liaison to ensure efficient HR operations and regulatory alignment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment and is passionate about building strong, scalable HR practices.Key ResponsibilitiesHR Strategy & Policy ManagementDevelop, implement, and continuously improve HR policies and procedures aligned with business goalsPartner with leadership on organizational development, workforce planning, and succession strategiesTalent Acquisition & OnboardingLead full-cycle recruitment for warehouse, sales, and administrative rolesOversee onboarding processes to ensure a seamless and engaging new hire experienceEmployee Relations & Performance ManagementProvide guidance on employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance managementConduct investigations and manage documentation related to disciplinary actions and corrective plansCompensation, Benefits & PEO PartnershipCoordinate compensation and benefits administration in collaboration with the PEOAct as the primary point of contact between the organization and the PEOCompliance & Risk ManagementEnsure compliance with OSHA, EEO, FMLA, and all applicable federal and state employment lawsMaintain accurate HR records, reporting, and documentationQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field5+ years of progressive HR experience (manufacturing or distribution environments preferred)Strong knowledge of employment law and experience working with PEO modelsExcellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skillsAbility to operate both strategically and hands-onWhy Join Us?High-impact role with direct exposure to leadershipOpportunity to shape and strengthen HR processes and cultureCollaborative, fast-paced, and supportive work environmentA company recognized for its stability and growth in the U.S. market
