Data Engineer

Title: Data Engineer Location: Remote Duration: 12Months Employment Type: W2 Visa Type: Green Card, US Citizen and no third party ( Note: No H1Bs and OPTs, CPTs) As a Data Engineer, you will be pivotal in designing and implementing robust data pipelines and ETL processes to support our data warehouse initiatives. Reporting to the Data Engineering Manager, you will leverage your expertise in SQL and Python to ensure data integrity and scalability. Your proficiency in Power BI and Oracle will enhance our analytics capabilities, while your experience with AWS and Big Data technologies will drive innovation. We expect you to collaborate effectively in an Agile environment, utilizing your strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot software issues and optimize data management processes. Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes to ensure efficient data flow and integration from various sources into the data warehouse. Utilize SQL and Python for data manipulation and analysis, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize data scalability and performance. Troubleshoot software and data issues, implementing encryption and virtualization techniques as necessary. Create and manage reports using Power BI to support data-driven decision-making. Qualifications Proficient in ETL processes and data warehousing concepts Strong skills in SQL and Python for data manipulation Experience with Oracle and AWS cloud services Familiarity with big data technologies such as Hadoop and Spark Knowledge of analytics tools like Power BI and Looker Understanding of software troubleshooting and encryption techniques Ability to work in an Agile environment and collaborate effectively Job Types: Full-time, Contract Pay: $45.00 - $55.00 per hour Compensation Package: Yearly pay Application Question(s): Will you be able to work on our W2?
