Warehouse Manager - 2nd ShiftMonumental Markets has an exciting opportunity to join our growing team as a full-time Warehouse Manager - 2nd Shift. This will play a key role leading our warehouse team fulfilling customer orders and maintaining a safe and organized work environment.We provide excellent benefits, including medical, dental, life insurance, short-term disability, 401(k) with a generous match, profit-sharing, paid time off (PTO), and the opportunity to grow with our company.What You'll DoLead a team of order pickers, truck loaders and support staff in the day-to-day processes around order selectionPerform various QC tasks to ensure quality and productivity targets are metManage order flow through systems to ensure all pick lines are on timePlan staffing across different functions based on daily volumeAdhere to safety standards and ensure team is following all established protocolsCollaboration with Warehouse Manager - Receiving and other company functions on process improvement ideasPerform inventory counts as neededRequired Qualifications5+ years' experience leading and managing a team in warehouse or similar operationsComfortable working in warehouse environment including walk-in cooler/freezer and high temperature climates in summerExperienced and comfortable using PC and programs such as Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Excel, and WordAble to work Sunday - Thursday 3p-12a with ability to be flexible to fit the needs of the businessPreferred QualificationsFluent in SpanishAt Monumental Markets, we fuel the best places to work in the DMV with the coolest food and drink options available.
