Below is the detailed requirementJob Title: AI Solutions DeveloperWork location : Foster City, CADuration: Full TimeWe are seeking a skilled AI Solutions Developer to help design, build, and scale AI powered components using Microsoft Azure AI services, Copilot Studio Premium, and the Power Platform. This role will partner closely with product owners, business stakeholders, and IT leadership to deliver secure, enterprise grade conversational AI, automation, and intelligent workflow solutions. The ideal candidate combines strong software engineering fundamentals with hands on experience across Azure APIs, MS Copilot, and the Power Platform ecosystem, and is comfortable working in regulated, enterprise environments.Skills / ExperienceBachelor's degree preferably in Computer Science, Information technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline or equivalent experience with 15+ Minimum Experience5+ years of experience in software development or solution engineering2 Years of experience on Agentic AI (techniques, patterns, orchestration, packages like LangGraph, LangChain) & Copilot Studio Development5+ years of experience in Power Platform Solutions with experience in building and extending solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and custom connectors5 years of experience in developing secure integrations using Azure APIs, Logic Apps, Functions, and REST services; 3 years of experience in Python5+ years of experience in Engineering & Delivery which Includes CI/CD and ALM best practices across Power Platform and Azure deploymentsHands on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio Premium, Azure (APIs, Functions, Logic Apps, App Services)Experience building AI driven solutions using Azure Open AI and/or Cognitive ServicesExperience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse)Experience designing and integrating REST APIs; Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, C#, or PythonSolid understanding of security, identity, and enterprise architecture principlesExperience working in enterprise or regulated environmentsBachelor's Degree or higher in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent experienceStrong interpersonal skills to build and maintain productive relationships with team membersProvide constructive feedback during code reviews and be open to receiving feedback on your own codeProblem-Solving and Analytical Thinking; Analytical mindset; Capability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficientlySecondary Skills / Good to haveFamiliarity with AI governance, responsible AI, and prompt engineering best practicesExperience implementing ALM for Power Platform (pipelines, solutions, environment strategy)Exposure to Azure DevOps or GitHub for CI/CD; Background supporting financial, IT, or operational systemsMicrosoft certifications (Power Platform, Azure, AI) a plusWhat Success Looks Like / Expected OutcomeScalable, secure copilots and AI components adopted across the organizationClean, reusable integrations between copilots, Azure services, and enterprise systemsStrong governance, documentation, and maintainability of AI solutionsTrusted technical partner to business and IT leadership on AI delivery
