Position Summary We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Full-Time Bucker to join our Cultivation Department. This position plays a vital role in our post-harvest process by removing cannabis flower from harvested plants while preserving product quality and maximizing yield. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, works efficiently under production goals, and maintains a strong commitment to quality and compliance. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Efficiently remove cannabis flower from freshly harvested plants while minimizing product loss and damage. Meet or exceed daily production goals while maintaining company quality standards. Accurately weigh, record, and track product to ensure inventory accuracy and regulatory compliance. Follow all company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), sanitation protocols, and Oregon cannabis regulations. Prepare harvested material for drying and curing by organizing and hanging product as directed. Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized work area throughout each shift. Work collaboratively with cultivation and post-harvest team members to ensure production schedules are met. Communicate any quality concerns, equipment issues, or production delays to management promptly. Assist with additional cultivation and post-harvest tasks as assigned. Qualifications Required Previous experience in cannabis cultivation, cannabis production, agriculture, landscaping, nursery work, food production, or a similar hands-on production environment. Ability to work quickly and efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. Strong organizational skills and commitment to quality. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions with minimal supervision. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly. Ability to stand, bend, twist, and perform repetitive motions for extended periods. Must be at least 21 years of age. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Must be able to pass all requirements necessary for employment in Oregon's regulated cannabis industry. Preferred Qualifications Previous cannabis harvesting or bucking experience. Knowledge of cannabis quality standards and post-harvest handling. Experience working in a high-volume production environment. Strong attendance record and dependable work ethic. Schedule Full-Time Monday–Friday (schedule may vary based on harvest needs) Occasional overtime may be required during peak harvest periods.
