Job Description In need of Concrete Form Setter / Finishers for Immediate and long-term work!!!We are seeking dependable and hardworking Concrete Form Setter / Finishers in the Whatcom and Skagit county areas who are Skilled in the assembling of Residential Patios, Driveways, Walkways, Sidewalks, Stairs, Curbs, and paddings while effectively using the techniques of concrete forming, Layouts, Pouring, Leveling, Etc.Must have:Strong work ethic and reliabilityThe ability to work well in a team environmentReliable transportation and tools4.The ability to lead a Residential project from start to finishProven experience as a Concrete Form Setter / FinisherFollow all safety policies and proceduresAbility to effectively communicate to staff/ownerBilingual (Preferred but not required)Responsibilities Include:Effectively lead and provide direction to fellow employees throughout the progression of the projects.Able to plan ahead and ensure all necessary tools and materials are gathered before leaving the shop each morning to complete the jobs assigned that day efficiently.Able to take a hands-on approach and successfully complete projects independently or while leading a crew.Effectively communicate with management and sales as to when and where projects are needed to get done.Effectively communicate with clients/homeowners when needed.Company Description Our company began operation in 2010.
