Language Development Program Coordinator Level 2

Overview In this role you drive language development programs within the SLA and NCU, coordinating training initiatives for language analysis and cross-training. You’ll partner with government training managers and cross-functional teams to ensure effective program delivery and alignment with DoD language policies. You’ll shape training roadmaps, assess courses, and support workshops, enabling mission-critical cryptologic language capabilities. Compensation / Benefitsflexible time offrobust learning resourceshealthcareretirement benefitstime off benefitscareer growth opportunities ResponsibilitiesProvide administrative and logistical support using government systems (scheduling, enrollment, briefings, events, travel facilitation)Create and maintain distribution lists and records for language development opportunitiesCoordinate with other organizations to support language programs and track training requirementsMaintain POCs lists for language and area studies and update as requiredLiaise with Government training managers to keep training processes currentDocument and update language center requirements and enrollment procedures per NCU policiesLeverage language family and ILR concepts to develop suitable training solutions and course placementsMaintain language training roadmaps aligned with Cryptologic Training System and SAN programsEvaluate language training products and recommend updatesAssist with workshops for cryptologic language training planning and executionGather input on training trends for annual seminars and compile government-reviewed training requirementsConsolidate external vendor training and ISO immersion requirements for government reviewProvide data to track effectiveness of language instructionReview Service funding requests for language training against criteriaProvide admin support for ISO Immersions and manage Area Studies coursesMeet skill level requirements for MS Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word Key requirementsActive TS/SCI clearance with PolygraphB.A./B.S. in Education, Language, Language-related, Business, or ManagementEight (8) years of DoD foreign language professional experienceFour (4) years’ experience using a foreign language in SIGINT OperationsTwo (2) years’ experience managing, coordinating and delivering language training per DoD policiesFour (4) years’ experience drafting and following SOPs and communicating via written correspondencestrong organizational skillseffective written and verbal communicationstakeholder coordinationMicrosoft OutlookExcelPowerPoint
