This career site is for external applicants only.SummaryJob Description:The Hydraulic Fracturing Service Supervisor monitors all hydraulic fracturing (HF) operations and equipment maintenance on location; oversees the daily inspection of all equipment; accounts for all inventory, parts, and personnel on location; and acts as supervisory direct report for assigned personnel.ResponsibilitiesMonitor all HF operations and equipment maintenance on locationOversee the daily inspection of all equipmentEnsure that all necessary equipment and parts are on location and readily availableCorrect safety and operational errors when observedAccount for all inventory, parts, and personnel on locationMaintain relationships with customers and vendors who may be on siteConduct Job Safety Analysis prior to each jobSchedule any necessary trainings for the personnel on shiftAct as supervisory direct report for assigned personnel (i.e., performance management, corrective action, training, defining daily priorities, creating work schedules, etc.)Manage time and attendance for assigned personnel including timecard approval or paid time offOversee the hiring of assigned personnel (i.e. collaborate with Human Resources recruiters, perform interviews, select qualified talent, etc.)Maintain compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies by attending all required HSE training sessions, safety meetings, and always utilize proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)Other duties as assignedQualificationsMinimum 2 years oilfield experience, requiredDemonstrate advanced knowledge of all duties involved in hydraulic fracturing operationsStrong leadership characteristics: able to coach, mentor, track performance, train, enact corrective measures, and delegate responsibility to a teamExcellent written and verbal communication skills; able to effectively interact with customers, vendors, work crew, and personnel at all levels of the organizationPersonable and collaborative; works well on a team to accomplish a common objectiveMust be safety conscious in all weather conditions, including maintaining a critical eye on all hazards on job location, willing to use stop work authority, and correct possible safety related issuesUnderstands basic mathematical calculationsProficient working in Microsoft Office 365 applications and able to quickly learn other work related softwareAble to safely operate and maintain assigned equipment during a 12+ hour work shift that will include days, nights, weekends, and holidaysAbility to meet time-sensitive deadlines under high pressure (i.e., emergency response situations)Must be physically able to bend, stoop, kneel, twist, crawl, walk on uneven surfaces, and climb equipment ladders or stairs throughout the work shiftMust be physically able to work outdoors in all weather conditions including extreme heat or cold temperaturesOccasionally lift or move up to 80 lbs.Physical DemandsThe physical demands described here represent those required for an employee to successfully perform the role’s essential functions.
