We are seeking a dependable and motivated Tree Farm Operations Supervisor to oversee daily farm operations, employees, production, and customer interactions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, leading a team, and balancing hands-on farm work with some administrative responsibilities. Position Overview The Tree Farm Operations Supervisor is responsible for managing on-site operations, supervising employees and production, working directly with customers visiting the farm, and helping track inventory and farm activities.
