Role Description
This full-time, on-site role in Portland, OR, involves managing vehicle repair schedules, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will be a key point of contact between customers, technicians, and insurance companies.
Key Responsibilities
Communicate with insurance companies to manage claims and approvals
Provide accurate information about body work and repairs
Greet customers and manage service appointments
Consult with technicians to identify service needs
Provide repair estimates and update customers on vehicle status
Address customer inquiries and ensure timely service completion
Qualifications
Fluent in English (required); multilingual candidates (Spanish, Chinese, etc.) preferred
Strong communication and customer service skills
Basic knowledge of automotive repairs, vehicle maintenance, and body work
Experience in customer service or the automotive industry
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
High school diploma or equivalent required
Experience in the automotive or insurance industry is a plus
