Job Title: Project CoordinatorLocation: Denver, ColoradoType: 8 month ContractCompensation: $45.00 - $48.00 per hourContractor Work Model: HybridResponsibilitiesSupport Project Managers across multiple projects by assisting with scheduling, financial management, budgeting, and procurement requestsHelp identify when accruals or reclassifications are needed on various projectsGenerate reports from SAP system to track actuals and assist in maintaining project budgetsCollaborate with project managers to analyze variances and explain budget discrepanciesRequirements7+ years of strong finance experience, including managing budgets, forecasts, accruals, and purchase trackingPrevious project coordination experience within a large, matrixed organizationExperience managing large budgets (over $40 million)IT knowledge and experience highly preferredSystem One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé and Mountain Ltd., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America.
