A company is looking for an AI Program Manager to oversee project tracking and delivery for a dedicated portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
Own project tracking infrastructure, manage intake workflows, and ensure accurate documentation of projects
Serve as dedicated project manager for portfolio initiatives, coordinating delivery timelines and resolving blockers
Build and maintain stakeholder communication rhythms, providing updates and status reports to keep stakeholders informed
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience
3-5 years of experience in project or program management, preferably in a technology-related environment
Proficiency with project management tools and ability to build and maintain workflows independently
Experience coordinating across multiple teams and managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
