Trauma Therapist – Men’s Program Role OverviewWe are seeking a trauma therapist to support men navigating underlying trauma and co-occurring disorders within a structured program offering a full continuum of care (residential, PHP, and IOP).This role centers on the full arc of trauma work—from preparation and resourcing through processing and integration. Therapists in this role help clients safely access, process, and integrate trauma while maintaining stability within the broader treatment environment.What You’ll DoCarry a caseload of 15–20 individual trauma sessions per weekFacilitate 1 trauma-focused group per weekProvide trauma therapy using modalities such as:Internal Family Systems (IFS)EMDRART (Accelerated Resolution Therapy)Assess and meet clients at any stage of trauma work, including:Stabilization and resourcingProcessingIntegrationCollaborate closely with CSAT therapists, case management, and the broader clinical teamActively engage in the daily therapeutic milieu, supporting client regulation, insight, and integrationSupport clients in developing emotional awareness, regulation, and internal coherenceComplete timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentationParticipate in a rotating on-call schedule (approximately every 6 weeks), providing clinical support and guidance for client needs outside of standard hoursClinical & Program FocusPreparation, resourcing, trauma processing, and integrationNervous system regulation and emotional stabilizationParts work and internal system awarenessIntegration of trauma work within a structured recovery environmentCollaboration with addiction-focused therapists to support overall treatment outcomes
