Clinical Director- Physical Therapy
Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is seeking a Clinical Director for a direct hire opportunity in Del Mar, CA. The anticipated hourly wage for this position is between $60 and $65. Hourly wage may depend upon experience, education, geographic location, and other factors. Position Overview The Clinical Director will oversee clinical operations, provide leadership to clinical staff, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care. This role is responsible for guiding treatment standards, supporting staff development, and ensuring compliance with all clinical and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will bring strong orthopedic clinical expertise and leadership experience to drive optimal patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily clinical operations and ensure high standards of patient careProvide leadership, mentorship, and supervision to clinical staffDevelop, implement, and evaluate clinical policies and treatment protocolsConduct or support complex patient evaluations and ensure appropriate treatment planningMonitor clinical outcomes and quality assurance metricsCollaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care deliveryEnsure compliance with all regulatory, safety, and documentation standardsSupport staff training and ongoing professional development Requirements Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) requiredActive Physical Therapist license in the state of CaliforniaMinimum of 10 years of clinical experience requiredOrthopedic experience requiredPrior leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferredStrong organizational, communication, and leadership skillsAbility to manage clinical teams in a fast-paced healthcare environment Why Join Us?
