TheeSeeds Program Manager (Workforce Developer and Recruiter Manager)Job Description:Position Summary:The TheeSeeds Program Manager will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and managing workforce development initiatives to help individuals cultivate essential skills, access employment opportunities, and achieve their career goals. This role requires a deep understanding of workforce development strategies, recruitment practices, and a passion for guiding individuals toward meaningful employment.Key Responsibilities:Program Design and Development:Collaborate with stakeholders to design, plan, and develop TheeSeeds Program strategies and curriculum.Identify target populations and assess their workforce development needs.Create and manage program budgets and resources effectively.Workforce Development:Develop and deliver training programs and workshops to enhance participants' employability skills.Provide one-on-one coaching and support to program participants.Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training and development activities.Recruitment and Employer Engagement:Establish and nurture relationships with local employers and industry partners.Identify job opportunities and internships for program participants.Collaborate with recruiters to match qualified candidates with available job openings.Program Coordination:Oversee program logistics, scheduling, and participant enrollment.Manage a team of instructors, career counselors, and support staff.Ensure the program adheres to all relevant regulations and standards.Data Analysis and Reporting:Collect and analyze data to track program outcomes and participant progress.Generate regular reports to measure the program's impact and identify areas for improvement.Community Outreach and Partnerships:Represent the organization at community events and meetings.Forge partnerships with local organizations and agencies to enhance program effectiveness.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Workforce Development, Human Resources, Education) required; Master's degree preferred.Proven experience in workforce development and recruitment, with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial role.Strong knowledge of workforce development strategies, adult learning principles, and career counseling techniques.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.Experience working with diverse populations and addressing their unique needs.Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.Demonstrated commitment to empowering individuals through education and employment opportunities.How to Apply:If you are passionate about workforce development and want to make a difference in your community, please submit your resume and a cover letter outlining your relevant experience and why you are the ideal candidate for this position.
