Emergency Medicine 45 minutes west of Georgia Employed practice is seeking a BC/BE Emergency Medicine Physician to join their team Compensation: $325K salary in year 1, $350K year 2, partnership beginning year 3 average $450K Bonus: $50K sign-on and $50K starting; relocation assistance up to $14,000 Benefits and malpractice coverage paid by group Provider will work 16 8-hour shifts per month (currently 14 day shifts / 2 night shifts) Works out of two location 20 minutes away Current patient volumes: 65,000/year - 45,000/year Both EDs are Level II Trauma facilities All current physicians are Board Eligible/Certified in EM Group has 4 Nocturnists Full partnership available after year 2 Group also employs NPs/PAs 100% democratic group structure Only EM-trained BC/BE candidates will be considered No visa sponsoship
