Job Description Primary Care Physician – Family Practice or Internal MedicineLocation: Dundee, FloridaSchedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PMEmployment Type: Full-TimeSpecialty: Family Medicine or Internal MedicineReports To: Chief Medical Officer (CMO)We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Primary Care Physician (MD or DO) to join our team in Dundee, FL. This position is an outpatient-only role providing comprehensive primary care services, including preventive, acute, and chronic disease management for diverse populations.This physician will serve as a clinical leader and collaborate closely with Advanced Practice Providers, nurses, and support staff to improve health outcomes within our community. The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule with no inpatient call and supports Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) and National Health Service Corps (NHSC) loan repayment programs — including up to $75,000 for a two-year commitment.Compensation & Benefits:Compensation: Up to $220,000 Per Year based on experienceUp to $75,000 through NHSC for a 2-year commitmentPublic Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) eligibilityRelocation Assistance: $1,000 (in-state) | $3,000 (out-of-state)Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and pharmacy plans (eligible after 90 daysCompany-paid life insurance (equal to 1x salary) and long-term disabilityVoluntary short-term disability and additional life insurance optionsMalpractice insurance fully covered4.4 weeks of PTO per year (pro-rated in the first year9.5 paid holidays annually, including birthday and floating holidayUp to 7 CME days annually (prorated by hire date)Up to $3,000/year in CME reimbursement (after 90 days)401(k) with up to 3.5% company match (after 1 year of service)Annual performance-based appraisalsProductivity recognized and rewardedMinimum Qualifications:Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institutionBoard Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal MedicineClear and active Florida medical license (or ability to obtain before start dateValid DEA registration and BLS certificationEligible for medical staff privileges and malpractice insurabilityExperience in outpatient primary care preferredComputer literacy and comfort with EHR systems requiredKey Responsibilities:Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services, including:Preventive and health maintenance careDiagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic illnessesPatient education and counselingReview diagnostic reports (labs, imaging, EKG, etc.) and follow up appropriatelyEnter and maintain accurate, timely clinical notes and documentation in EHREnsure accurate coding for billing that reflects care providedAdhere to established clinical guidelines, care pathways, and quality initiativesFacilitate referrals and coordinate with specialty services and social support resourcesParticipate in peer reviews, case reviews, and quality improvement initiativesProvide leadership, mentorship, and oversight to support clinical team membersAdvise and assist ARNPs/PA-Cs as needed under established protocolsAssist with development and review of clinical protocols and patient education materialsRepresent the organization in community programs and outreach as neededRotate to other centers or provide Saturday/off-hour coverage as neededSupport recruitment and onboarding of new physicians and clinical staffMaintain a professional appearance and foster a cooperative work environmentWhy Join Us?This is a unique opportunity to practice meaningful, mission-driven care in a supportive, team-oriented environment.
