Why Join UsInspired by Aussie GOT IT’s commitment to quality and care, and enhanced by GONE’s transformation-focused approach, this role offers more than “just another cleaning job.” • Eco-friendly, high-quality cleaning products provided • Consistent clients and predictable schedules • Opportunity for growth into lead or specialist roles • Work in luxury residential environments across Las Vegas • Be part of a premium, experience-driven service brand Key ResponsibilitiesCleaning • Perform detailed residential cleaning with precision and care • Maintain homes to a high-end hotel level standard • Use eco-conscious products and follow proper safety protocols • Clean and sanitize specialty surfaces, electronics, appliances, and linens with care • Maintain homes to a high-end, hotel-level standard Organization & Transformation • Organize and optimize spaces (closets, kitchens, pantries, storage areas) • Declutter and create functional, aesthetically pleasing environments • Reset homes to feel clean, structured, and elevated • Assist with light setup, staging, and space improvements Client Experience • Communicate professionally and respectfully with clients • Deliver a top-tier, personable service experience • Take initiative, identify opportunities to improve a space beyond basic tasks • Represent the brand with professionalism, positivity, and trust What This Role Requires • Must be willing and able to perform both cleaning AND organization duties on a regular basis(Some days may focus more on cleaning, while others focus on organizing — flexibility is required.) • Must be comfortable working in high-end, private, and detail-sensitive homes • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality, polished results • Ability to work around pets, children, and personal living environments with care and respect • Physically capable of standing, bending, lifting (up to 50 lbs), and staying active throughout the day • Comfortable working on ladders and at varying heights when needed • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage time efficiently • Maintain a professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong customer service mindset at all timesIdeal Candidate • Personable, friendly, and client-focused • Detail-oriented with a strong eye for cleanliness and organization • Takes pride in transforming spaces, not just maintaining them • Self-starter who sees what needs to be done without being told • Professional, respectful, and trustworthy • Customer Service Oriented Qualifications • Preferred experience in cleaning, housekeeping, hospitality, or a related field • Strong customer service experience required (hospitality, retail, or client-facing roles preferred) • Reliable transportation and ability to travel to different job sites • Ability to work independently and maintain a high standard of work • Strong communication skills and professional demeanorCompensations & Schedule • Pay: $16.50–$21.50/hour + tips (based on experience) • Flexible scheduling (Mon-Friday, occasional weekends) • Consistent hours and client assignments
