Brand Sales Specialist - Women's Apparel

Our brands are found online, through specialty boutiques, and in stores with our various retail partners such as Neiman Marcus, Saks 5th Avenue, Nordstrom, Bloomingdale’s and Dillard’s.Position Summary:Meison is seeking a passionate Brand Specialist to support our Specialty/Boutique business. This role serves as a critical point of contact for our boutique partners and Independent Sales Representatives (ISRs). You will provide exceptional sales support, manage the order lifecycle, and develop a deep understanding of our products to drive account loyalty and year-over-year growth.Salary Range: $55,000 to $57,000Benefits:100% Employer covered Medical, Dental & Vision401KPTO and 10 Paid HolidaysResponsibilities:Boutique Account Support & Relationship ManagementServe as the primary day-to-day contact for a portfolio of boutique accounts and ISRsProvide premium service and timely communication regarding order placement, product inquiries, and post-sales needsBuild and nurture long-term relationships to drive account loyalty and repeat businessEnsure all boutique partners receive a service experience that reflects Meison's luxury brand positioningSales Order Processing & ManagementFacilitate order entry, confirmations, and updates using NetSuite and NuORDER platformsTrack the full order lifecycle from placement through delivery to ensure accuracy and on-time fulfillmentProactively resolve order discrepancies, shipping issues, or delaysSeasonal Selling & Market PreparationSupport ISRs during markets by scheduling appointments, preparing line sheets, and gathering product samplesParticipate in showroom appointments, trade shows, and virtual market sessionsTravel (approximately 15-20%) to set up and work seasonal markets and tradeshowsCompile order recaps and manage follow-up communications post-marketProduct & Data ManagementCoordinate sample requests and ensure partners receive accurate product information, swatches, and marketing materialsMaintain up-to-date line sheets, product catalogs, pricing, and order formsEnsure marketing and email campaigns are aligned with current marketsSales Reporting & AnalysisTrack sell-in and reorder activity for assigned accountsCompile sales reports regarding reorder trends and shipping statusProvide recommendations on replenishment opportunities or product swaps based on account performanceInventory & Cross-Functional CollaborationMonitor stock levels and communicate availability or production cutbacks to accountsCollaborate with Operations, Planning, Logistics, and Customer Service to ensure accurate order fulfillmentEscalate complex issues to the Sales Manager or internal teams as necessaryQualifications and Experience:Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Fashion Merchandising or related field1 - 3 years in fashion apparel wholesale sales, retail buying or merchandising,Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, experience with NuORDER and Netsuite is preferredExcellent communication skills, both verbal and written with a focus on premium customer serviceAttributes: Strong attention to detail, a “problem solving” mindset, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast paced environment.
