Keep scrolling to see what this company has to offer.The Perks!Compensation: $24.00 - $30.00/hour, based on experience401k + company matchingHealth and Dental InsurancePaid Time OffA Day in the Life of the Flexographic Press OperatorIn this role, you'll be responsible for setting up and operating a multi-unit, web-fed flexographic printing press while ensuring top-tier product quality and efficiency. You'll work hands-on with machinery, interpret job specifications, and play a key role in delivering consistent, high-quality printed materials that meet production standards and customer expectations.Responsibilities include:Set up, operate, and maintain flexographic printing press equipmentMonitor machine performance to ensure efficiency and quality outputReview job specifications including roll diameter, stock numbers, and labeling instructionsConfigure line equipment such as slitting shafts, arbors, and carton sealersInterpret work orders and follow supervisor instructionsPerform quality control checks on finished rolls (cut quality, alignment, diameter, fit)Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues as needed2nd shift position: Monday-Thursday (4pm-2am) 10 hours a day, overtime available on FridayInitial Training will take place during 1st shift Monday-Thursday (6am-4pm) 10 hours a day, overtime available on FridayRequirements and Qualifications:2+ years of flexographic printing experienceExperience operating a Mark Andy pressStrong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skillsAbility to read, interpret instructions, and follow job specificationsProficiency with fractions and basic math calculationsDetail-oriented with a strong focus on qualityReliable attendance and strong work ethicAvailable to work second shift, Sunday–Wednesday, 4 PM–2 AM, with occasional Friday overtimeAbout the Hiring Company:Our client is a manufacturing company specializing in high-quality printing solutions.
