About the Opportunity:The Customer Advocate role provides remote customer support specifically for WVU, focusing on managing operational processes and ensuring contract compliance. This position is responsible for facilitating smooth communication between customers and internal teams, driving data management and product conversions, and supporting sales strategies. The role is critical in maintaining efficient customer relationships and operational performance, directly impacting customer satisfaction and organizational success.3. Responsibilities:• Develop and maintain account-specific operational processes and performance• Respond promptly to customer information and requests on-site• Ensure contract compliance with agreed terms and conditions• Collaborate with off-site personnel to provide accurate information to customers• Serve as liaison between hospitals and department heads for smooth conversions• Drive product conversions and manage related data• Provide sales analytics and daily reporting on various metrics• Complete sales analysis for customers and sales teams• Support territory sales strategy focused on proprietary products• Manage pricing communication and resolve pricing issues with customers• Maintain critical product lists and address backorders and at-risk items• Manage product substitutions, including inventory monitoring and customer approvals• Evaluate usage spikes with customers• Review allocations with customers and request additional allocations as needed• Convert non-stocked products to stocked status• Set up new accounts and ship-to information• Manage reporting needs, including inventory and custom reports• Perform additional duties as directed4. Requirements:• Bachelor’s Degree• Minimum of 2 years related experience in sales, customer service, customer relationship management, supply chain, or hospital distribution, or equivalent combination of education and experience• Proficiency with email, internet, and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)• Experience with LUM• Ability to use multiple systems and reporting software to synthesize information• Strong verbal and written communication skills• Strong influencing skills• Ability to work independently• Problem-solving capability5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:• The anticipated salary range for this position is $60,000 to $70,000, with actual compensation based on experience, skills, education, and location.6.
