If so, lets talk.Your Role And ResponsibilitiesThe Entry‑Level SAP SCM Analyst supports the design, configuration, and execution of SAP Supply Chain Management solutions across planning, procurement, manufacturing, and logistics processes. This role is ideal for candidates beginning their SAP or supply chain careers and offers hands-on exposure to SAP systems, business processes, and enterprise transformations.The role works under the guidance of senior consultants, functional leads, and solution architects while developing core SAP SCM and business process expertise.Key ResponsibilitiesSAP & Supply Chain SupportSupport SAP SCM Modules Such AsMaterials Management (MM)Sales & Distribution (SD)Production Planning (PP)Basic exposure to SAP IBP, APO, or EWM (as applicable)Assist with system configuration, data setup, and testing activitiesSupport business requirements gathering and documentationExecute test scripts and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)Business Process AssistanceLearn and support end‑to‑end supply chain processes including:Demand and supply planningProcurement and inventory managementManufacturing and logistics executionAssist in analyzing business processes and identifying improvement opportunitiesSupport reporting, analytics, and data validation activitiesProject & Team CollaborationWork closely with functional consultants, developers, and business usersParticipate in project meetings, workshops, and training sessionsDocument process flows, functional specifications, and configuration changesProvide go‑live and post‑go‑live support as neededLearning & DevelopmentBuild foundational SAP knowledge through hands-on system exposure and trainingStay current on SAP SCM functionality and supply chain best practicesSupport continuous improvement initiatives and process optimizationRequired QualificationsEducationBachelor’s Degree InSupply Chain ManagementIndustrial EngineeringBusinessInformation SystemsOperations Managementor a related fieldPreferred EducationBachelor's DegreeExperienceRequired technical and professional expertise0-2 years of experience in supply chain, operations, IT, or ERP-related rolesInternship, co‑op, or academic project experience with SAP or ERP systems strongly preferredTechnical & Functional SkillsBasic understanding of supply chain concepts (procurement, planning, logistics)Exposure to SAP (MM, PP, SD, SCM, IBP) through coursework, training, or internshipsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsProficiency in MS Excel; basic data analysis skillsPreferred QualificationsSAP coursework, training, or certification (SAP S/4HANA, SAP SCM, or IBP fundamentals)Exposure to SQL, data tools, or SAP Analytics (a plus, not required)Experience with process mapping or documentation toolsConsulting mindset or interest in enterprise systemsSoft SkillsStrong communication and collaboration skillsWillingness to learn and take feedbackOrganized, detail-oriented, and proactiveAbility to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environmentWork EnvironmentEntry-level role with structured training and mentorshipHybrid or remote options depending on role and locationLimited travel may be required depending on project needs
