Opportunity Details: Call would be 1:8 Certified Diabetes Educators available Diabetes Self-Management Program offers group and individual instruction, insulin pump training and a multi-disciplinary Diabetes and Pregnancy Program. Physicians would have the opportunity to be involved with the program.
