Clinical Infusion Pharmacist – Specialty Home InfusionLocation: TampaOverviewProsper Infusion is seeking a Clinical Infusion Pharmacist to help run our clinical pharmacy operations. This is a high-impact role, ideal for a dedicated and knowledgeable pharmacist with strong skills and a passion for patient-centered care. The Clinical Infusion Pharmacist will be responsible for overseeing pharmacy staff, ensuring regulatory compliance, and optimizing both operational efficiency and clinical outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesHelp manage day-to-day pharmacy operations with other pharmacists while ensuring compliance with state and federal pharmacy laws and accreditation standardsSupervise technicians, and support staff to maintain a high-performing, collaborative teamOversee clinical review and interpretation of medication orders to ensure safe, accurate, and appropriate therapyPartner with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop individualized patient care plansMonitor and adjust medication therapies based on clinical response, lab results, and patient feedbackEducate patients and healthcare teams on drug therapy, side effects, and administration techniquesMaintain quality assurance procedures and aseptic standards in the preparation and delivery of IV medicationsParticipate in strategic planning and implementation as we open new pharmacy locationsConduct medication reconciliation during patient transitions to ensure continuity of careRequired Skills and QualificationsActive Pharmacist license in the state of practice (Florida)Strong leadership and team management abilitiesIn-depth understanding of infusion therapy, specialty pharmacy, and regulatory complianceExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsProficiency with aseptic technique and sterile product preparationCommitment to patient-centered care and continuous quality improvementResidency training or equivalent post-graduate clinical experience is a plusWhy Join Prosper Infusion?You’ll become part of a passionate and supportive team that’s making a real difference in the lives of patients.
