Project Manager (Junior / Associate Level) Role Description Support the planning, coordination, and execution of projects to ensure successful delivery within scope, schedule, and organizational objectives. Develop project plans, track milestones, coordinate resources, and monitor project activities throughout the project lifecycle. Collaborate with cross‐functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements, manage communications, and ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and business expectations. Identify potential risks, issues, and dependencies while supporting the implementation of mitigation strategies and corrective actions. Prepare project reports, status updates, documentation, and performance metrics to facilitate informed decision‐making and effective project governance. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and help drive operational efficiency, collaboration, and project success across the organization. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Management, Engineering, Information Systems, Operations Management, or a related field. Strong organizational, analytical, and problem‐solving abilities with exceptional attention to detail. Knowledge of project management methodologies, scheduling techniques, resource planning, and project coordination practices is advantageous. Proficiency in spreadsheets, reporting tools, project management software, and collaboration platforms. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work effectively across cross‐functional teams. Strong time‐management and multitasking capabilities with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
