This individual will play a key role in supporting the execution of marketing initiatives, with a strong emphasis on data tracking, reporting, and team coordination.The Marketing Associate will work closely with the broader marketing team, advisors, and internal stakeholders to ensure campaigns, events, and digital efforts are effectively tracked, organized, and executed. This is a hands-on role suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys bringing structure and clarity to multiple moving pieces.Qualifications1–3 years of experience in marketing, business development, or a related field, preferably in financial services or wealth managementStrong organizational and project management skills with high attention to detailProficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems preferredFamiliarity with marketing platforms such as Google Analytics, Mailchimp, Outreach, or digital advertising tools is a plusStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentProactive, team-oriented mindset with a willingness to support across functionsHigh level of professionalism and accountabilityKey ResponsibilitiesMarketing Operations & Project CoordinationSupport day-to-day marketing operations, including maintaining project trackers and ensuring deadlines are metCurate and manage weekly team agendas, ensuring alignment on priorities and deliverablesAssist with team scheduling and coordination across stakeholdersAssist in organizing workflows across campaigns, events, and content initiativesResearch new opportunities and markets for IEQ to pursue, including identifying channels to place the firm’s brand, events, and campaignsContent ManagementMaintain the IEQ slide library, ensuring materials are current, organized, and aligned with brand standardsManage quarterly updates, edits, and version control across core marketing materialsPartner with Executive Assistants and Business Development to upload approved materials to compliance systems and support events and content initiativesResearch new opportunities and markets for IEQ to pursue, including identifying channels to place the firm’s brand, events, and campaignsData Tracking & ReportingOwn and maintain accurate data management within Salesforce, ensuring all marketing activities, events, and campaigns are properly trackedTrack event invitations, attendance, and RSVP data across Excel and SalesforceMaintain and organize data related to marketing campaigns and initiativesPartner closely with the Senior Director of Marketing to track against team objectives and key performance indicatorsCurate and produce regular reporting on marketing performance, including events, campaigns, and pipeline impactPartner with advisors to track and follow up on ROI metrics tied to events and campaignsSupport reporting efforts across marketing initiatives, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and actionable insightsDigital Advertising & Campaign SupportMaintain tracking and reporting for digital advertising efforts across platformsAssist in organizing campaign performance data and supporting optimization effortsCoordinate with internal team members and external partners to ensure campaigns are properly executed and documentedEvents & Advisor SupportSupport the execution of events, including tracking attendance, managing logistics, and post-event follow-upAssist advisors with event-related coordination and data collectionAssist with occasional event bio creation and related materialsMaintain and track conference data across internal systemsHelp ensure all event data is accurately captured and reflected in internal systemsOperational & Administrative SupportProvide general administrative and operational support to the marketing teamAssist with vendor coordination, materials organization, and internal documentationSupport ad hoc projects and team initiatives as neededCompensationThe salary range for this role, inclusive of base and bonus, is $80,000 - $115,000, depending on skills and experience.
