Depending on business needs, you could be drafting and proofreading correspondence, coordinating meetings and events logistics, or maintaining communication between customers and brokers. You'll oversee company communication (announcements, product rollouts, marketing materials, etc.) and ensure all activities are HIPAA-compliant. Prioritizing the member experience, you'll coordinate recognition activities like welcoming new customers and celebrating milestones.
