Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Program Manager to join our team. As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the management of complex extended cases that require specialized support and guidance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social work, behavioral health, and workforce development, with a proven track record in crisis management and motivational interviewing. The successful candidate will provide supportive services to individuals and families, helping them navigate challenging situations and achieve their goals. This role requires a compassionate and empathetic individual who can work effectively with a diverse range of clients, while also ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards. Responsibilities: Supervise program staff. Manage a caseload of complex cases, providing individualized support and guidance to clients. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ORR Preferred Community guidelines, CalAIM Enhanced Care Management, and Community Supports regulations, and others to ensure program compliance. Ensure programs and staff strictly adhere to HIPPA, PHI and PII requirements. Develop and implement case plans that address the specific needs of each client. Conduct assessments and provide counseling services to clients with mental health, substance abuse, and other behavioral health issues. Provide crisis management services to clients in crisis, including emergency response and intervention. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to provide comprehensive support to clients. Utilize motivational interviewing techniques to engage clients in the case management process and promote positive change. Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions, case plans, and progress. Monitor client outcomes and adjust case plans as necessary to ensure optimal results. Requirements: Master's Degree in Social Work Associate Clinical Social Worker (ASW) working toward licensure -OR- 2 years active unrestricted license in California as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) required with experience providing clinical supervision Strong background in social work, behavioral health, and workforce development. Minimum of 2 years supervisory/management experience Experience with crisis management and motivational interviewing Proven experience in addiction counseling and behavioral health services Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively with a diverse range of clients and stakeholders Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to maintain accurate and detailed records Strong commitment to providing supportive services to individuals and families in need Job Type: Full-time Pay: $80,000.00 - $89,000.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Employee assistance program Flexible spending account Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Retirement plan Vision insurance Schedule: 8 hour shift Day shift Monday to Friday Experience: Supervising experience: 2 years (Required) Case management: 4 years (Required) License/Certification: Driver's License (Required) Ability to Commute: Sacramento, CA (Required) Work Location: In person
