Our engineers, designers, and strategists cut through complexity to create intuitive products and services that equip federal agencies with solutions to courageously transform today for a better tomorrow.Responsibilities:Maintains and updates Confluence pages, trackers, and documentation systemsEnsures accuracy, completeness, and organization of team knowledge resourcesSupports data analysis by running basic SQL queries and performing data validationAssists in documenting data issues, findings, and resolutionsTracks and updates the status of data quality issues and state interactionsSupports mid- and senior-level Technical Assistants in issue resolution effortsHandles lower-complexity, well-defined data issuesLearns Medicaid data structures, policies, and team workflowsRequirementsRequired Qualifications:All candidates must pass public trust clearance through the U.S. Federal Government. This requires candidates to either be U.S. citizens or pass clearance through the Foreign National Government System which will require that candidates have lived within the United States for at least 3 out of the previous 5 years, have a valid and non-expired passport from their country of birth and appropriate VISA/work permit documentation.Bachelor's degree in information systems, business, healthcare, biology, or other related scientific or technical discipline1-3 years of experience in data analysis, business analysis, or related fieldBasic knowledge of SQL or a willingness to learn.Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to follow established processes, maintain accurate documentation, and manage multiple priorities.Demonstrated initiative, accountability, and problem-solving skills.Adaptability and willingness to work in a changing environment.Desired Qualifications:Experience with project management software, status reporting, scheduling, management, implementation, and administrationExperience with Atlassian Jira/ConfluenceExperience with Agile and particularly SAFe methodologyExperience working with Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) or healthcare industryExposure to healthcare or Medicaid dataExperience with data visualization and tools, including creating and maintaining dashboardsExperience with data management systems and analysis or statistical toolsAbility to perform root cause analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and answer questionsExperience identifying, designing, and implementing internal process improvementsWorking Environment :eSimplicity supports a remote work environment operating within the Eastern time zone so we can work with and respond to our government clients. Expected hours are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern unless otherwise directed by manager.Occasional travel for training and project meetings.
