Senior Data Analytics Power BI Developer

Salary: $100,000 - 110,000 per year Requirements: I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field (or possess equivalent experience).I am an expert in Power BI with a minimum of 3 years of experience developing dashboards and analytics solutions.I possess strong proficiency in Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, DAX, and Power Query.I have experience with data modeling, relational databases, and SQL query development.I can work effectively with large datasets and complex, multi-source data pipelines.My analytical skills enable me to interpret business needs and transform them into technical solutions.I have experience creating KPIs, conducting forecasting, performing trend analysis, and generating performance reports.I communicate excellently, able to convey complex analytical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Responsibilities: I will design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models tailored for performance and usability.I am responsible for building efficient semantic models, creating relationships, implementing row-level security, and applying DAX for advanced analytics.I will extract, transform, and load (ETL) datasets from various platforms including ERP, CRM, SQL databases, and APIs using tools like Power Query and SQL.I will conduct in-depth analyses to identify trends, forecast outcomes, and translate business inquiries into data-driven insights.I will automate manual reporting processes utilizing Power BI, Power Automate, and scheduled refresh strategies.I will collaborate directly with Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Executive stakeholders to define KPIs and success metrics.I ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance through validation and adherence to best-practice governance standards.I will troubleshoot and enhance large data models, complex DAX expressions, and reports that are not performing optimally.I will provide training and documentation to end-users and departmental leaders to bolster BI adoption.I will lead analytics initiatives from concept through deployment, ensuring timely delivery that aligns with business goals.I will create advanced reports including paginated reports, drill-through views, comparative dashboards, and automated KPI scorecards.I will partner with the ERP team to analyze production, inventory, purchasing, and financial datasets.I will assist in defining our long-term BI strategy, standardizing tools, and establishing company-wide reporting frameworks.I will present insights and recommendations to leadership in a clear and persuasive manner.I will develop SOPs, data dictionaries, architectural diagrams, and reporting standards for shared access among teams. We aim for our employees compensation to be fair and commensurate with their qualifications and circumstances.This is a full-time role, and I can expect a salary between $100,000 and $110,000 annually, along with a discretionary bonus of up to 10% of my base salary.
