Position: INDUSTRIAL SANITATION TECHNICIAN Hourly Rate: $16.50 Schedule: 9pm-5:30am, Monday-Friday with occasional weekends Shift: 3rd Brief Overview of Position: Ensure that the grounds of the facility are clean and hazard free. Clean industrial machinery using approved heavy duty industrial strength chemicals. Detailed cleaning and sanitizing food contact surfaces. Use of pressure washers, forklift and other lifts. Must be able to perform heavy work exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects. Responsible for consistently following good manufacturing practices, allergen controls, food defense, HACCP and SQF requirements. An Ideal Candidates Possess: Ability to work independently or on a team Ability to complete simple records of tasks completed Ability to follow directions, all safety procedures, and complete tasks designated by supervisor Prior experience of sanitation in a food manufacture setting is a plus but not required.
