This is a great opportunity for candidates with entry-level electrical experience looking to grow in manufacturing, industrial, or power generation environments.This role involves installing conduit, wiring, control panels, and electrical components, following blueprints and schematics, and assisting with troubleshooting and repairs. Candidates with experience in electrical assembly, wiring, industrial maintenance, or construction electrical work are encouraged to apply.What You’ll Do:Install electrical conduit, wiring, switches, control panels, and related componentsFollow electrical drawings and work instructions to complete projects accuratelyAssist electricians with troubleshooting, repairs, and replacementsAssemble enclosures, tanks, and mechanical/electrical components using hand and power toolsOperate equipment such as forklifts, cranes, and aerial lifts as neededUse electrical testing and measuring devices to ensure quality and functionalityMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmentComplete assignments efficiently and in accordance with safety regulationsQualificationsAt least 1 year of electrical or related experienceAbility to read and interpret diagrams, instructions, and blueprintsStrong problem-solving and basic math skillsComfortable working with tools, machinery, and physical labor (lifting up to 50 lbs)Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team environmentPhysical RequirementsRegularly required to stand, walk, and use hands for handling, assembling, and operating toolsFrequent use of hands and arms to reach, grasp, and manipulate componentsMust be able to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl during installation and assembly tasksOccasionally required to climb, balance, talk, and hear in the work environmentFrequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds; occasionally lift up to 50 poundsRequires strong visual abilities, including close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and focus adjustmentAbility to perform physical tasks for extended periods in an industrial work settingWork EnvironmentIndustrial setting with exposure to machinery, noise, and airborne particlesPhysical role requiring standing, lifting, bending, and use of hands for extended periodsApply today to start your career in Electrical with EK!Equal Opportunity EmployerWe are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity in our workforce.
